Cancellation Policy
At Kliniek Zuidas, we are pleased to dedicate personal attention and care to each of our clients. A consultation fee of €150 applies for appointments with our specialists. Should you decide to proceed with a treatment at our clinic following the consultation, this amount will be fully deducted from the total treatment costs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the reserved time to another client.
Cancel your appointment
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the consultation fee of €150 being charged.
